You can try out this way of baking too! If you have tried one of The Incredible Fruitcake Company’s cakes, you’ll know just how ‘incredible’ they taste! You now have the opportunity to buy a box with one of our scrummy cakes in it order form OR buy the baking box without a cake in it order form. Either way you can use or re-use the box time and time again to bake cakes in at home and they make great unusual gifts.
The Incredible Fruitcake Company’s cake box is made in wood from sustainable managed forests and is completely recyclable.
Once it has been used several times the box turns a lovely, rich, golden colour.
The bake in a box technique can be used for a whole range of fruitcakes.
Each box comes with a complimentary recipe booklet and some guidelines on how to care for your box. This booklet also gives you a variety of other delicious fruitcake recipes for you to try.
The only instructions needed for the box is to line it with greaseproof paper and cook as normal.

We have also won Best Product Runner Up at the Royal Windsor Food and Drink Festival 2006 judged by Michelin starred Chef – Marco-Pierre White. There were 70 other top food and drink producers in The Queen’s grounds at Windsor Castle, amongst them Fortnum and Mason (!) who had their fayre tasted by Marco too! He said our cake was ‘delicious’!
Our CAKES and BAKING BOXES are available ALL YEAR, for any occasion. We try and allow our cakes to mature for at least a month before they go on sale. If you want a large order, can you please give us plenty of notice.
